Love the island idea to sit and watch, studios are generally set up the same way around the board and table.
That is a dope set up. I may have to steal some ideas for the future
Yeah I like that setup as well. Allows guests to see what’s happening without being in the way. The front usually serves as a place for analog gear. I would put synths there and effects units. Them speakers I wasn’t feeling for that type of room. I would have gone with better speakers especially after spending so much on getting the room right for production. Krk subs too much for the space and those Yamahas sound terrible no matter where you put them. I would have gone for more balanced pro speakers that fit the size of the room.

I went from having a pretty good idea of what I wanted to being back to square one 😂
@@GA5aLaProd That's how it goes when we are perfectionists sometimes. Not to mention things are constantly evolving so it is hard to make concrete decisions and execute them before your priorities or taste changes again.
@@Ast3rixMusic Exactly, space to spectate and also extra space if you don't want to be sitting in a comfy chair, sometimes I am standing up making a beat if I am feeling the 808s and percussion lol. Very Decent use of such a small general area for sure
@@intricateinc8566 Totally get it!! I love the design of the wall panels and overall the room works. I bet it sounds really good as well for mixing. I saw a vocal booth window in the hallway so I assume that the tv at the top serves as a window to see the booth?
