apache 200 v2.0 ke carb ka idle screw 3yrs se stuck hai tuning nhi kr skta , mileage 30-35 ke around, 50k kms chal chuki h , do i need to change the carb asap.
@@NHC23 throttle stucks some times at 4-5k rpm, maybe carb issue and the idle screw is stuck, and acceleration response is jittery ? any solution ? tried chain adjustment and lubrication no solution ! , changed sprocket also 3months ago. same issue.
@@hope_is_Lost throttle ke sath chain ka koi lena dena nehi hai, jittery throttle -apart from carb, valve tappet clearance mismatch and dirty air filter ki reason se vi ho sakta hai. lastly, idle screw stuck hai to carb total open karke cleaning karwaiye, q stuck hai wo vi pata chalega, internal other problem hai to wovi pata lagega, and new carb 4000/- around ata hai, upar jitna vi point bataya, wo sab kam aapka 4000 rupay me cover ho jayega.
yo vai carburetor postion line it mean time for change all carburetor. for good pickup mileage and good engine running need change carburetor in every 20-25k km
interesting question, but I dont know the exact answer. May be yes if your ECU not get egoistic. Kehne ka matlab hai, fuel injector se sensor ka connection rehta hai ecu pe, so fuel injector remove karke carburetor lagaoge to ecu ko input nehi milega, engine me malfunction light always on rahega, ecu agar isko ignore kar dega to engine chalega, ecu agar isko seriously lelega to engine me spark nehi karega hence engine will not run. Apart from this, petrol tank se carburetor ka connection vi dena hoga.

Bil kul Nehi, but jor zabardasti laga denge to aisa nehi ki engine start nehi hoga, start vi hoga, bike vi chalega, but aap ko problem face karna hoga like milage problem pickup problem..... 180 2 vulve engine hai, 200 4 valve engine, therefore though the cc rating of engine is nearly same, but fuel consumption is different.

Bilkul kar sakte hai 100% bas wiring harness change karna padega aur carburetor new lagana hai aue ek tci unit

tuning needle alag se nehi milta(q ki zarurat nehi hai), or pulser ke sath match hoga ki nehi, I dont know.
