Out look/color combination,
Every room is full ventliated(with window)
Suitable for students.
Rooms/Washroom & kitchen seems to be standard enough
Bad:
-Congested entrance
-No free access to senior citizens/wheel chair
-Limited elevator functionality (No access to basement)
-Didn't mentioned about storage of drinking water and other utilites (i.e. Electricity,Gas,etc.)
