    In addition to the wheelstop (floor barrier), a rope dangling from the ceiling (optionally with a small soft object tied to the bottom as a weight) that contacts the windshield when the car is in the correct parking position might be a less expensive solution, though I prefer the wheelstop.

    Brake-Shift Interlock (preventing shifting of an automobile transmission out of Park without first stepping on the Brake) might be an automotive example of _Control_ Poka-Yoke? There is also the brake-ignition interlock which prevents starting the car without first stepping on the brake.
