That's ancient history but I did some research. Apparently, those balloons were a big deal in mainstream media. Our ancestors slapped the Chinese government on the wrist.
China didn't send the balloon over here; it got caught up in an airstream and redirected over the US. And despite the media and tabloids erroneously claiming it was a spy balloon, government agencies later confirmed it was a weather balloon blown off course. The claim that it was a spy balloon never made sense anyway, balloons can't be steered or directed and are very conspicuous. China has spy satellites, they don't need a balloon to spy on us.
From what I've seen, it's typically used either in response to an inquiry, whether explicit or implicit, _or_ to an expression of some belief, perspective, etc. When it's in response to an inquiry, the "yeah" indicates an understanding of the inquiry or it's subject matter, while the "no" indicates the response to the actual inquiry (e.g. "So are the purple creatures people eaters?" - "Yeah, no" indicates that the respondent is aware of the claims of purple creatures being people eaters, but does not believe that the purple creatures are in fact people eaters). Likewise, when it's in response to an expression of belief, perspective, etc. the "yeah" acknowledges an understanding of what the previous speaker stated, but the "no" indicates a disagreement with some aspect of the previous statement (e.g. "Trump says tariffs won't raise prices that Americans have to pay for imported goods." "Yeah, no" indicates that the respondent understands that Trump has made such a claim, but that they also understand that tariffs are ultimately paid by the consumer, therefore they don't agree with the actual claim. fwiw: my understanding is that the phrase originated as "Yeah, nah." down in Australia and New Zealand

The government is searching for something that got out. As for why they aren’t claiming the drones, it’s easier to deal with being asked “who do these drones belong to” rather than “what are you looking for”. The DOD has no requirement to investigate dumb allegations from the media and citizens. They are probably just laughing at the people making their silly drone allegations which are just as credible as the UFO allegations that preceded.

You realize that was during WW2 when cities on the west coast were actively protected by anti-aircraft emplacements, right?

A lot of people are thinking that all of these UFO sightings of multiple sizes and shapes, means that it must me aliens from all over the universe and different planets, but wouldn't it make more sense if they just have different models?

Why does he keep calling speculation “conspiracies?” I don’t think he knows what a conspiracy is. It’s perfectly natural for people to speculate when they are given no information.
He is misusing the word "conspiracy" because all that means is two or more people planning something in secret, usually to effect harm or to do something unlawful. A conspiracy is when that act actually plays out.
What he means to say is a "conspiracy theory," which is a belief that some secret but influential organization is responsible for an event or phenomenon. A conspiracy theory is when you don't have any evidence, but you float the idea.
You are assuming he has the ability ty think !
Especially when They (news journalists) are so much the hype bros of conspiracies 😂
He is misusing the word. A conspiracy is when something has already taken place. And conspiracy theory, which is what this guy is actually meaning to say, is when you have no proof at all that a conspiracy has taken place.
I don't know why YT deleted my previous comment defining those two terms.
because he knows the words "aliens" and "government" are going to be the most common thing they say?
When you conclude your interview with the coffee guy John - You say Thanks John and turn away. YOU JUST TURNED and walked away from the guy.. How rude can you be!!!! Smh.
Hmmmm ,🤔. Remember the ballons China sent over here.
Yeah, blame China. US Government knows nothing, sees nothing.
We tracked them when they left china.
That's ancient history but I did some research. Apparently, those balloons were a big deal in mainstream media. Our ancestors slapped the Chinese government on the wrist.
Not the same thing.
Why do some people start sentences out "Yeah, No..." ??
@@im.empimpYeah no your response is just way too much for people’s brain capacity! 👀

Bro, the US military spends literally trillions of dollars per year, and we have bases around the entire globe, do you really think our technology is behind any other country? 🤦♀️
People keep saying they are suv sized but does anyone actually have proof of that? All these night time shots showing the lights could easily be little mini drone swarms spaced out in such a way as to appear larger.
Also, the fact that they are flying over military installations but the military isn’t shooting them down would indicate that they are coming from the military. That’s why nothing meaningful has been done about this.
My guess is a DoD contractor performing an aircraft PEN test.

Joby Aviation is located in Kearny NJ right next to Newark. CBS News did a story on their Air Taxis just 2 months ago. Did you forget? They've been very public about test flying their new vehicles over the last few months. This is not a mystery. The profiles of these "Mystery Drones" match the design of the air taxis perfectly.
If they've been 'very public' why don't they tell the FBI what's happening now?
@@patriciaadducci6549 why is the FBI not saying they have an answer? Look up the videos here on youtube. search "Joby Air Taxi CBS News" and multiple videos will show up. I figured this out in 10 minutes. You don't get much more public than putting it in plain sight on youtube. Why is CBS acting like they didn't JUST do a story on these Air Taxis? ask yourself that.

@@patriciaadducci6549 what makes you think they haven’t told the FBI or that the FBI would tell us?

The government is searching for something that got out. As for why they aren’t claiming the drones, it’s easier to deal with being asked “who do these drones belong to” rather than “what are you looking for”. Not claiming the drones stops the latter question to begin with. If the public finds out the government is searching for something panic may start. It is not a foreign country as the drones briefly stopped on thanksgiving a federal american holiday which no other country celebrates.
Hmmm, an angle I had not considered, but sounds extremely plausible . . .
Interesting theory.

There are many reports from Florida, Texas, and Arkansas. I saw one video from Brazil that showed a large group of them. If you want to see all these, there is a channel called "Third Phase of the Moon" that has MANY videos from all over....and not shaky, blurry ones either.

People who know about drones, have them, operate them say that if there is a direct line to a drone, the FAA can pick up origin/where they were launched and a lot of other data. It's recorded and transmitted similar to bluetooth. Of course the FBI and FAA knows what and who they are. They have just not felt like sharing so far. And of course some of these drones are OUR own drones outfitted with surveillance and scanning equipment. People LOVE to jump to wild conclusions. It's documentable in other situations involving "What ARE those things." Simmer down everyone.
