Ahuimanu Trail 4/12/2018 [4K] Hawaii. Virtual hike Ahuimanu Trail. This hike is easy for most but slippery and muddy when wet. Not so good for young children. Do not do when raining heavily.
Oh my gosh that was so much fun guys! Haha I couldn't stop smiling through the whole thing! The muddy parts reminded me of the Appalachian Trail. This is definitely now on my bucket list mahalo☺☺
Tina M thank you! Lol on the mud! Yeah I asked the question do we want to do this right now lol. We did anyways of course. This one you have to park on the road but there was a lot of street parking and a i think about an hour hike (round trip). Thanks again Tina 😁🤙🏽 oh BTW where is the Appalachian Trail? I googled it and came up with 3 different locations lol.
The Appalachian trail (AT) is here on the mainland, it runs basically along the East coast. If you walk the entire trail at once it can take up to 6 months or more, depending on your experience. Or you can do sections ( flip flops, ironically named lol). I live in Northern Colorado ( Rockie Mountians State) we have a beautiful National Parks and multiple hiking trails etc. It's beautiful but it doesn't compare to HI. Can't wait to settle back there in a few months ☺
Oh cool Colorado is awesome! I got to stand in icy snow in my slippers (flip flops lol) and shorts in the mountains somewhere and had my 1st buffalo burger somewhere in a small town! It was good and lean but, I don't really eat meat now so I'll be a good memory lol! Thanks for the info on Appalachian trail. OMG that's crazy 6 months wow! The country side is beautiful there and I see pictures of a friend who lives there and does a lot of hiking and it's awesome! So everywhere is so majestic! Awesome you'll get to come back! I'll keep the videos coming until then lol!
