You don’t give unto God you give unto people that he created so that the community gets nurtured, but God has everything. The spirit of God is everywhere all the time every time anywhere so he does not answer prayers or declarations according to what you give you want to give give to someone who needs it, or the best thing you can do for God is to never be wanting for anything as he has told you in the word he said when you have God, you don’t want for anything never in your mind you don’t want for anything because you have everything Seek ye first the kingdom and all of his righteousness, and all of these things shall be added onto you !!! that is the true word
