This is how I made this card from her video. Use a 12x 12 and the marks will be at 4 inches. Remove the four corners. Since each square is 4 inches cut the remaining squares at 2 inches. The decorative paper will probably be 1 3/4 depending on what size boarder you want on the small flaps. Center decorative paper is 4 inches. The dot she glued in center is a magnet and covered by 2 inch square. Front square appears to be 2 inch with smaller card stock on top 1 3/4. The other magnet is glued on and the two are used for closure.
Really cute, but no measurements. it gets a little confusing when you get to the 2nd square. Can you give any measurements? Do you have a website that we can refer to? Would love to subscribe, but I don’t want to be confused. Do you have some really great ideas please share with more information.
@deborahlee52 Just make measure the paper split it in 3rds and then do the same on the top.tyen cut out the 4 excess pieces. Go get some of those designs that she has. From there fold it cut a square the same size as the card and the cut it about an inch and a half. Then cut a skinny little paper and you should have this. I'm sorry nobody has reached out to you but I hope this helps.
@@melvinlewis4007 Hi. I appreciate your responding, but to be honest, your response is very vague. There are still no actual measurements…numbers of the folds and the cuts and the actual size of the beginning card. I understand the concept, but “measurements” are needed. I went to the website but there still are no directions there. To watch something like this is really entertaining, but to be able to learn from it and want to do it yourself, more definite instructions need to be given. You could simply put in the video next to the paper being cut what the size is, where the markings are made to cut and where to fold. Simple enough to do, but otherwise this becomes just a fascinating and entertaining video, but not something you can actually learn from, and I really thought that was the intention. Thanks anyhow for responding, just very disappointed.
@@deborahlee52.... hi... keep it simple :) ... Try starting with 6" x 6"(because it divides equally into 2" squares-using method shown in vid) OR 9" x 9" inch(because it divides equally into 3"squares-using method shown in vid) ... If you're unsure, use scrap paper ... If it doesn't turn out right first time, try again, no big loss = take this lady's superb idea (thankful that she shared it with us) and create your own card & enjoy. :)
@@lyndasoar4345 Thanks Lynda. I will do as you suggested. I was just fascinated with the videos. I went to her website and there are dozens more. So now I get it, thanks to your taking the time to explain. Have you tried it and did it work for you?

Is there a way you could translate all your tutorials into imperial /American measurements please? Love what you do!!
You can - use an online conversion metric to imperial.
Google for a conversion chart and print it out to keep with your card making supplies! Very helpful!

@@deborahlee52 You can make it whatever size you like - just divide a square into thirds.

it is amazing, but what to do with it, what will I put in those squares? photos, write something?
You could put in a mini album, on scrapbook page, or even a journal.
Is that a magnet that you add to the back?
That paper name plz tell
