I think blub cleans the bike with less quantity then looplube, one pack of blub can easily clean for more than 20 -30 times

You can use normal cloth to cover the disc and pads

Just go to nursery ( plant nursery were you get planting equipment ) , actually that is plant water or fertilizer spray bottle...

usually a good quality bike specific product is needed, but you can use Dish Washing soap for your cleaning.
