Hello there.
I have brought the season passes for this game and the characters are still locked, I've even tried to restore licenses to those passes yet it still didn't work.
Is it an error or a bug causing all this?
I'm not 100% sure what the issue would be but have you tried updating the game and or searching the characters on the store and seeing if they're downloaded (since sometimes even after buying it it won't actually download/install the DLC) ?
I'll just wait for next month for my mom to get her check so I can get a redeem card instead,thanks anyway.
will jace don’t waste your moms money for that. You need to contact PlayStation, Xbox, or whomever it may be, they will resend the codes. This happened to me with Persona 5 last week, PlayStation emailed me a new code.
