Strange doujinshi. 🧐🧐🧐Sasuke is not an idiot and perfectly understands the difference between men and women. Moreover, he has excellent eyesight and Sakura is actually far from a man in appearance.
I think the message is more leaning to the psychology behind Sasuke’s behavior and character in general. Back in their genin days, Sasuke was blindfolded by his revenge and honestly he was an ass with everyone, he had 0 interest in ANYONE in general so it’s safe to say he never thought about Sakura in a romantic/spicy way and only saw her as his comrade, but now that he’s finally over his emo avenger era, he can let his hormones do their thing so he can think about Sakura as a woman and see her in a more romantic/spicy way (which in my opinion explains why the doujinshi suggests that Sasuke was looking at Sakura’s lips, chest and legs). In addition, Sasuke left the village when he was 13 and the trip he and Sakura went to happened when they were in their early 20s so yeah, a pre teen’s body changes a lot once they hit adulthood so makes sense for him to point out even their height difference lol
