Oh my goodness... Rosie doesn't half make me think of my whippet Merlin when he was a puppy ... he's a blue and white flashes too 😁. My hubby used to carry him just like you do in his coat.... happy memories 🐾💖👌. Merlin is ten years on the 29th of November... can't believe it 😏. Great to see the area you live in and fabulous walks....more sheep than people... definitely my idea of heaven too 😋😁💕😘

If you are very quiet and approach with caution you can spot the endangered York Moor Kangaroo. The male of the species carry its Joey (aka Rosie) in its pouch. A real treat to be spotted in the early morning light.

Excellent your in for lots of fun the crate is 109cm long 76cm W and 87cm H
The lead and harness are just cheap ones from the local pet shop just they are both a bit big fir her we also have a house training lead that usually fir training too 👍😀🐾

We have an 9 week old Whippet named Dazzle and at the moment he is waking me up at around 12am-2am and then 4am (this is when he wants to be up and playing) any tips to drag out the times.
We go bed around 09:30 ourselves and are pretty early rises, 4am- 5am wouldn’t be an issue if he didn’t wake so much during night

Lots of exercise and training don’t food or let them drink after 7pm but it’s still early days keep to your set routine, make sure the crate is well covered and dark sleeping

I love that little puppy and Louie seems pleased to have a new little sister too, they will be great pals! Our ‘Pip’ is a little Chiuauawa and a softy when it’s a bit chilly and he’s very pleased to hang out inside my polar fleece jacket. He only weighs 3 kg, so I carry him into the shops too. Dogs are great companions!

We are about to get a Whippet and have watched nearly all of your videos of the adorable Rosie. We have been looking at getting the same crate that you recommend. The one we think it is has the tray underneath. Is this the one you have? And is it ok with the tray on top of the metal grate? Thank you!

Can I ask you a question we have a 10 week old whippet pup we are booked in to the vet in to get her last vaccination and a check up she looks a bit on the thin side I know they’re very slender dog I’m just questioning how much I should be feeding her the breeder had her on pedigree puppy food so we need to keep her on that for a little while and ween her off it how much food did you feed your puppy

A good food will tell you the amount you need to feed re size and breed if you look at my last video at the end you will see what and how I feed Rosie and she has it 3 times a day
In my opinion pedigree is not a quality food !
And just remember you are what you eat too

We use the crate in the car, campervan, if we go out Rosie go’s in to keep her safe and she also sleeps in it on a night too. Louie was about 3 when he stopped used a crate for him so we will see how she get on
I must say Rosie love her crate if she goes out the room you will find her asleep in there 😀 hope that helps 🙏👍❤️

Beautiful whippet. We brought our boy home last Sunday and we are up 3 times a night letting him out for a wee or poo 😵
Oh no we are into week 3 and Rosie sleeps from 9:30 pm until 7:30am now
Last feed at 5pm and play until 6pm then a last wee just before bed 👍😀🐾

We do it’s just in some areas you have to have dogs on leads 🙏😍🙏
So cute! and I’m loving the views, they’re absolutely incredible! 😍🐶🐶⛰ ~ Also a question I’ve been meaning to ask; since Whippets and Greyhounds need an extra layer during the colder months- I’ve only seen them with coats/snoods for their chest/necks and was wondering, do they’re legs feel the cold or is it because they’re always moving and running around they don’t feel it as often? 🤔 ~ Only reason I’m asking is because when I took Juliet for a walk last night we stopped for a bit and her legs were shaking, it was a little cold but I didn’t think it would effect her since she hasn’t got the usual thin greyhound legs 🤔🐶 ~ keep up the great work, hope to see you all soooooon 😊

Our whippet potty training was the same way! Took 8-10 months before he slept until we got up to potty in the morning.
