I won't mention who made the video but I had fallen asleep to a really long video and in the ear cleaning segment they used a metal tool thingy and it hurt my ears so bad I heard it in my dream, subsequently realized I was dreaming, and woke myself up so I could turn off the video. It was crazy. Lizi's have never done that though and I'm thankful lol

I think it's pretty smart for her when she was doing the eye exam to make one look sort of off angle and then one directly in the middle when she was checking our eyes because one of our eyes is our main vision so it would only make sense!

Two of my favorite triggers are the dropper sound at 07:52 and touching around your eyes at 31:00, those two were so relaxing, one is a great sound trigger and the other is a great visual trigger. Your videos always contain lots of great triggers Lizi ❤
