The mug coming into focus revealing it was all in german is incredible comedic timing, The fit with the chicken in the tote is very good and the standing desk genuinely made me laugh out loud. 10/10 video. Absolutely delightful.

The "health" thing is pretty common across language barriers. In spanish you say "salud" which means health. In dutch you say "gezondheid" also health. Most languages have some sort of "to your health, or well being" message behind sneezing because of the superstitions that surrounded sneezing. Also, usually when people chronically sneeze, they're probably getting sick, so the well wishes for health make some sense. Language is cool

I have the coffee version of the mug (in English) and it's very well made. The rest of that stuff, in particular the chicken, is actually pretty cool! I'm surprised those items didn't turn out to be of shoddy quality.

Re lead: it tends to show up in ceramics/in anything painted. I’d be careful of the mug. The fabric stuff is probably lead free.
