any dancers out there who can explain to me how to make my moves sharp? When I dance my moves are always flowy and soft and not enough strength, how do I change that and be able to have sharp moves? ;-;
hi hi I have one simple but really GOOD advice, do more sit ups or like core exercises. Strength doesn't come all from your hands or feet it comes from your abs this is the truth :) do abs exercises often okay !
in pain so many sit ups. also , what my teacher tells me to do when I have to be sharp with my hands is to pretend I'm hitting a wall. being sharp is something I really struggle with and imagining that always helps
One thing to keep in mind is to flex all your moves. Yes all of them, even if the performance seems to be more swaggy and chill. Dancers make it look easy and relaxed but it's a practiced image LOL.
