I personally would leave out the cinnamon sugar at the end. That golden toast was so beautiful and a PB&J is already sweet enough! I got inspired and didn't make my own bread, but got the fresh bakery bread, chunky peanut butter, and strawberry jam from the store to start. I pan fried the bread in butter and fresh thyme on the stove. That herby, butter toast was easy to do, and just put it over the top. It's amazing how much quality ingredients and a little extra care can do to transform a seemingly simple dish!
ofc you didn't make your own bread lol you can't even make it. and you a pb&j expert? if he likes cinnamon then he does. if that's the case then leave out all the elements to a dessert because one was already sweet enough. just stop with what you would do. you are not a chef, a sandwich maker who does it everyday or does culinary stuff on a regular basis to learn in the process of palate and taste buds, and all the other stuff that go with what he does. it's so funny when people like you comment on what you do and at the same time it's extremely annoying. just leave that part out because he doesn't give af anyway. most people who succeed at what they do are good at what they do, so he doesn't give af. let him eat his sandwich and you eat yours. if you get a question on your preferences and they ask what they should have done or didn't then say something. i don't even really like Owen but i dislike comments like this so much.
So excited to see you posting more on TH-cam!!! I've been following you for a long time now and I always love what you post!! So proud of you Owen!!! PB AND J is my favorite!!
I’ve been watching your videos for a minute and this style hits different, very well executed and for a very common sandwich I’m really enjoying the content! Keep the video’s coming!
Owen you said a 30 minute one and it was an uncrustable with basically microwave time, that was like 9 mins. clickbait king. and do the pans ever drop on someones head? that looks like a safety hazard. i'm disappointed. i thought it was going to be something cooler than airfry lol and what is up with you being so extremely rude to Andy Cooks at your place? you kept making him feel bad about using all your stuff when YOU let him use it. if that was your way of joking, it sucked and wasn't funny at all. it kind of made me super uncomfortable. especially when you said "and now you're going to burn my house down". i don't know if you just don't know how to joke around or if you like making your guests feel like shit? he's like so much funnier than you and that's what kept the video rolling. and he's a lot sweeter. next time, be a bit more warm to a guest. and try to roast in a different way. because telling anyone who's come to your house ESPECIALLY for the first time that they are being a certain way (when he wasn't at all. i think he was super sweet and had great manners), regardless whether it was a joke or not, subconsciously they will think that they have been bad guests. if he was like your close friend that would have been different but he wasn't. you seriously kept telling him every time he used something that he was using it all up and he even ended those bad jokes in a funny, light way, trying to make it stop. i can tell. i'm so curious, did you not have any other jokes at all besides those? they were super repetitive and annoying. like are you around many people? do you have any friends? do you know how to mess around and playfully fuk with each other and roast back and forth without being hurtful? you seemed so serious and made these weird faces reacting. or do you just do it to be a dick? poor Andy, he's like the sweetest guy and one of the top best Chefs. he's extremely gifted and humble, so underrated, held so many head positions in the kitchen, and cooked in so many different countries. he's skilled in a broader spectrum, i mean he can break anything down as a butcher. from A to Z, he knows it in the culinary/food/meat world. the guy can COOK. it's no surprise AT ALL that he got a total of 18 million followers all together and has close to 6mil subscribers all in a span of like two years since he started as a content creator. never even did anything like it. but BOOM. yet, he's still so kind, with a big heart and he's well mannered with love for everyone. he's still himself. i can tell he's just a great guy with so many good qualities to him most importantly his heart, it's a big heart man. i saw the way he was with you, the way he looked at you with love it was like cooking with his son, and all the teasing. he really loves people. next time, don't be so rude. i mean you're lucky he put you on. you didn't even upload a video of you and him together, that's kinda messed up. i mean you could have just even made a short just shouting him out and some recognition, he was your guest and you both made sandwiches so i don't see why you wouldn't upload that duet. again, you're fishy. you don't seem like a person i'd want to have as a friend. he's made followers faster than you if you think you're better. terrible Owen. i'm really trying to like you but you just seem like a fake, mean guy. you might be jealous, who knows. but that's also a terrible trait to have. be better.
