Shame the first film has not had a better 4k transfer. Even the standard blu ray is the same 2007 version that was not framed correctly (at least it is in the UK set). All others are decent 4K transfers.
I emailed Disney and there is no plan to replace the discs as of yet. If enough people speak up they may do it.

Box looks nice btw, shame about artwork on back of steels and the discs but the fronts look good!
It's the same old DNR 4k transfer but the blu-ray is the old transfer which looks pretty good! The 4k transfers from 3rd movie onward get good

Most transfers are really not that great worlds end is a good transfer actually really nice in 4k dead mans chest is too dark the fountain of youth is just terrible it's so dark u cannot see the film and curse of the black pearl is also very bad I would nit recommend buying this set better getting blu-ray
