You can consume it in any way. But without milk because of flex seed. Flaxseed is a source of omega and though It should not be consumed with milk. You can put it in the salad also...

Don’t use chia seeds , before we eat chia seeds should be always soaked and then we should have it .we shouldn’t use in powder form.

No doubt, Very good, but to be taken in winters, as may cause mouth ulcer type problem in summer. Mixture garam hota hai.
I added fennel seeds roasted also, and Tahina (sesame seeds paste) and formed into laddus & having it with green tea as evening snack
Makhana is cool in nature, can add fennel seeds and dried rose petals for cooling effect
