I also got the samples of guerlain hair line and I am in shock… I loved them, I use kerastase, redken, lanza all already very expensive in my opinion and now I got to try these products and the only thing that cross my mind is: omg why they are so expensive!!! They smell amazing, ther shampoo is amazing, the hair is sooo soft and not heavy at all… it is amazing.
I have struggled with dry skin and foundations would immediately start to flake and look mottled on me. Upon Angela’s recommendation I tried the Chanel No. 1 foundation. It is fantastic for my skin - no flaking! It looks smooth and does not feel like I am wearing foundation. I now use the No. 1 foundation for special occasions and otherwise les beige for day to day/work.
I splurged on the whole haircare line from Guerlain! I love how clean it feels, how the hair feels and the Mask is amazing for the hair!! The scalp and hair oil is just pure amazing!! Doesn’t feel oily at all. It has strengthened my hair and made my scalp a lot better. I did purchase them in Sephora with 30% discount but it’s still expensive! The oil lasts a long long time! I haven’t gone to the hairdresser in almost a year! If I need to color yes..but my hair feels so healthy I’m second guessing myself. I just ended the bottle of shampoo and I’m torn if I’m gonna spend this much again now or no 😅 Guerlain really knows what they are doing ❤️❤️❤️🙏🏼

Angela🤗 Your review of the Chanel No1 enhancers was excellent! Mentioning the skin types that would do best with this product was excellent! I actually LOVE this enhancer alone mostly, and then under many different foundations. I’m normal to dry skin, so I feel like it gives my skin a bouncy glow all day unlike any product I have. I’m newer to you-tube content creation, and I have so much to learn in regards to increasing my value as a creator. You always create such helpful and truly enjoyable content! 💓
I totally agree with what you said, Angela! The Chanel enhancer works well when I don’t use much skincare because I have oily skin. Hi Angela I am also trying the new guerlain shampoo and hair mask! That’s funny because the shampoo foamed on me , no problem at all. Maybe with just a sample, you didn’t use enough product. And the smell is wonderful. The Sisley ones are the same price. Also very expensive

When guerlain have a discount I am going to buy them, I am a huge fan of Abeille Royale. For the shadow sticks I have been using the bobbi brown for years and love them. I tried Chanel's skin enhancer and it works well on my dry skin. I use it just like you mentioned. I apply it all over my face and it gives me a natural glow. I don't use foundation on top.

It’s the first time I’m finding on TH-cam a review about the Guerlain hair care! I got the 4 products with a great discount on Sephora otherwise I wouldn’t purchase. I have never spent so much on hair care and it really does not leave your hair or scalp oily.. I think it is really worth it!!! ❤❤❤

I'm definitely interested in Salena Gomez's Rare Beauty Sticks! Yes, please let us know your final thoughts on Guerlain's Abielle Royale Shampoo & Conditioner. I currently use the Youth Watery Oil & Double R Serum as my night time skin care routine. The hair products are expensive, however, I'm currently using Oribe - which is also spendy however, not quite this much. ❤
Hi Sara :) I will definitely update you on the Guerlain hair care products. I have one more sample from both products to use. So far, it's day 4 after I washed my hair and it still looks amazing. I usually wash my hair every two to three days depending on workouts and season. Now it still looks great with so much shine and volume. Yes!! Same here. I wash my hair about every 3-4 days, so it does make shampoo and conditioner last me a long time for each bottle. So if it's very good quality & makes the hair very healthy I don't mind spending a bit extra!
I think these products are useful for mixing with matte foundations to reduce the matte effect. But I’d probably get a drugstore version to do that if I had a matte foundation to use up or I’d use it instead of a liquid highlighter on top of foundation for a more subtle effect than I’d get from a liquid highlighter. I’m interested in the new Bobbi Brown double ended shadow sticks. I like the formula already and like the idea of two different colours in one, nice for travel.
Hello Angela. Leave it to Gloria. I never read instructions. just used te Soft Pink as a primer and I have to admit that I love it OL. i also did use it alone and as highlghterand it was okay After watching your video I will have a different approach and see what happens Hugs
Hello Angela, thank you for clarifying why I did RETURN the enhancer to Chanel. I have combo mature enlarged pores on my cheeks. I tried this as a stand alone application, under my Sumblimage cream foundation and as a highlighter on certain spots. It needed to be powdered down, which added to the texture and caky look. I felt like the product was a replacement to Les Beige Healthy Glow primer, which the US did not receive. It left my skin looking like a heavy glowing torch. I do live on the humid Gulf Coast. Many factors for its inability to satisfy my tastes are due to my skin conditions and natural atmosphere (100% humidity, 95-102 temp). I cannot order cream or stick products online in summer as they melt in the delivery process. I hope you have a wonderful weekend. The A/C is on here for 8 months out of the year. We couldn't live here without it.
Hello :) I can understand why Chanel's enhancer can't work for you. I am struggling to make it work mostly as kind of a highlighter and honestly I will leave it for the fall season. How does it compare to the Les Beiges healthy glow cream in rosey beige? Hopefully, this product will come to the US. I have dilated poor and dry mature skin so looking forward to trying that product.
Hi Linda, The Les beiges Healthy glow cream blurs a little but without adding glow. It stays looking natural and it seems to blur a little bit pores. The new No 1 skin enhancer is not good on pores and it adds a kind of almost laminated glow that is not flattering on oily skin or on texture. I hope this helps :) Have a great weekend! xoxo
For the skin enhancer - I agree - it is probably not suited for oily skin. I will skip purchasing this. I have oily skin, but I do like something under my foundation (the Vitalumiere Aqua) in addition to sunscreen and C Serum. I prefer the Hydra Beauty Camila Water Cream to wear or mix with the foundation. I have also tried the Les Beiges Sheer Healthy Glow Highlighting Fluid, and I don't think it was suited for my oily skin.

I have the N°1 de Chanel skin enhancer in soft pink & its not wat i expected at all,its the wrong kinda glow its more of a metallic glow that is not flattering in the skin2 me,missed the mark in my opinion & i wil definitely not b repurchasing,but Chanel makes all my favorite foundations so i wil b repurchasing those,but i dnt like this skin enhancer,its not 4me.

Chanel eye cream works miracles in the desert heat, I'm L + with a normal skin and it's wonderful. I use it with Hydra beauty serum.
