Can Everqueen's Court Guard Beat Helstorm Rocket Batteries in Total War: Warhammer 3?

Its a good situation for accuracy, with an enemy moving in a straight line towards them over unobstructed open ground

Pair them with an engineer and give them a few ranks.
It makes their accuracy so much better.
Works with mortars too.
