I guess Georgian cuisine as any Caucasian uses spices in enormous quantities in purpose to bring fantastic combo of smells, and these spices are not hot or bitter. I am happy to recommend Abkhazian, Dagestanian cuisines in particular.
I’m Georgian and I’m 20% biased but 90% objectively speaking Georgian food is at least top 3 at least in Europe and would easily stand alongside with Italian or French. It’s very diverse and very much varies from region to region. Overall, it’s totally worth trying
It is very similar to Turkish cuisine. At 5:12 Khachapuri is definitely a Turkish pide. I am just saying.

Everyone loves Italian! I would say Chinese is my favorite food, other than Italian. In the US we eat so much pizza and pasta, it almost doesn't count as foreign. I am also part Italian, so is it still foreign? I am going to try to cook borsht and I am growing beets in my garden now. I have cooked Georgian khachapuri and it turned out great. Love your videos, thanks!
I'm sorry to say, most of the pizza and pasta you eat in the US bears very little resemblance to their Italian prototypes. There are of course exceptions and great places that serve authentic Italian food, but by and large...
You can tell these Russians aren't aware of international food. They just say Italian because they don't really eat foreign food. Not sure how Taiwan, Indian, Korean, Mexican, Turkish etc aren't part of anyone's list even though they are much better than Italian food.

Thank you for all the great Easy Russian videos. I've watched quite a few now, and find the content often to be as interesting as the new words I hear. My heneral impression is that Moscovites are more cosmopolitan (and interesting) than their more parochial St Petersburg counterparts.
It was obvious that so many people chose Italian cuisine as the best cuisine in the world because it is like that.
But it's not true that Italian cities are not international; I suggest to the lady at 3:11 to go to Milan or Rome.
I really liked the answer for Israeli cuisine: it looks so good and healthy and they have more than one thing (like the lady said). Tartar food sounds good and interesting. So many people love/like Italian cuisine, lol, which I kind of expected but still surprised me. Lol, go Italy! Your food is loved everywhere. For me, my favorite cuisines that I've tried so far are Chinese and Japanese. Coconut shrimp, crab cakes, sushi rolls; I have so many dishes I love. I wish I knew more of their names, but I tend to eat first and ask questions later, lol (especially at buffets).

Первый вариант правильный, второй неправильный:
«Здесь» вместо «сюда»;
«итальянск_ая кухня (женский род)» вместо «итальянск_ий кухня»;
«с американск_ой модификаци_ей» вместо «с американск_ий модификац_ии» (с кем/чем? Творительный падеж);
«мне нравится, что это удобно готов_ить» - вместо «мне нравится как это удобно готовлю»;
«я могу готов_ить (инфинитив нужен) пасту с люб_ым мясом (творительный падеж)» - вместо «я могу готовить пасту с любой мясо»;
«Мне также нравится Средиземноморская... кухня (женский род)» - вместо «мне тоже люблю Средиземноморский.. кухня»
В целом, для новичка неплохо. По крайней мере - я вас понял. Вы молодец. Это большой труд для иностранца учить русский язык. Я это осознал, когда исправлял ваши ошибки в падежах, над которыми носитель русского не задумывается, когда ставит их в нужную форму.

Мне тоже очень нравится итальянскую еду, например спагетти с морскими моллюсками, жареный ягнёнок с картошкой и Пармская ветчина и моцарелла

Хороший у вас канал, добрый, направленный на дружбу и взаимопонимание между народами! ))) Я недавно была на Камчатке, очень понравилась местная кухня. Это не иностранная, конечно, но всё же она необычная для России, основанная во многом на кухне местных народов - коряков, алеутов и других. Там много рыбы и морепродуктов, и всё это свежее, только что из океана! Я впервые там попробовала вяленую красную икру! ))
А мне азиатская нравится, в частности корейская и японская. Обожаю суши, роллы, онигири всякие, мисо суп. Вообще морепродукты с рисом идеально сочитаются. Обожаю это комбо. У корейцев тоже разные виды супов, лапши, бульгоги, кимбапы. Лишь бы не слишком остро, а так прям по мне👍
Я в этом видео заметил что не один не говорил о арабском кухне , особенно североафриканская как марокканская кухня которая является одной из самых невероятно вкусных кухни с разнообразными блюдами , я сильно рекомендую пробовать и обнаружить эту чудесную кухню .
Был в Тунисе и Ливане. Готовят очень вкусно.
В России как-то мало представлено таких ресторанов. ))
Спасибо за видео. Я больше всего люблю японскую кухню, особенно суши (так пишется на русском?). Я венгерка и очень люблю венгерскую кухню. У нас вкусные блюда, как например gulyásleves, töltött káposzta, halászlé. И русские блюда тоже вкусные. Моя учительница по русскому в гимназии готовила нам пельмени и какой-то суп.

I would say South Korean food is some of the best! BBQ and their fried chicken is amazing! 국밥 (soup/stew) with beef, veg, spices, and a side of rice and kimchi is the best. Also love kimchi jeon😍🇰🇷

fiorentina steak? meatballs with tomato sauce? eggplant parmigiana? roasted eggplants with garlic? there are too many italian dishes you don’t know … in general foreigners don’t know
some of the best food i have ever had was in colombia, south america.. i spent time in traveling around the city of medellin. There, the food is fresh, and delicious. pollo, papas, zanahoria, fruta, cebollas, carne, pavo, arroz, and cooked platanos. Spanish food is delicous but not as not as hot and spicy like mexican foo.

Итальянцы просто очень хорошие маркетологи и приучили весь мир любить все итальянское. В Москве (и в Питере тоже) такое огромное количество итальянских ресторанов, что не удивляют ответы большинства прохожих.

Тут несколько причин - во-первых, она хорошо раскручена, это верно, во-вторых, она несложная в пригтовлении, в третьих - она относительно бюджетная, и в четвертых - она довольна близка к привычной нам кухне. Т.е. раньше ели макарошки с котлетами или сосисками и макароны по-флотски, а теперь делают больше упор на соусы и называют это "пастой". Почувствуй себя итальянцем.😁
Боже, хоть кому-то это понятно) "приучили весь мир любить все итальянское" лучше не скажешь!!

It’s sad that no one mentions Vietnamese food. A lot of Russians are living in Vietnam and they really like the food. We would say our cuisine is the most basic yet delicious. We don’t use much spices but concentrating on fresh ingredients
There are actually some Vietnamese cuisine devotees here in Russia and pho bo soup can be found on many menus, I believe.
We love pho bo and spring rolls 😍
It's not as well popularized as in the US, for example. I live in a big city, and we have maybe a couple small Vietnamese fastfood joints. They are not even restaurants, and I'm not sure the food is really authentic. So in general people here rarely have an opportunity to try Vietnamese food, and it rarely comes to mind when someone is asked about their favorite dishes.
I think Dutch people got good pastries though. I also like Russian pastries and desserts.

Once you traveled to Bali you never want to leave this beautiful place, I guess 😅 and that might be the reason why there are not so many Indonesian restaurants in Russia, which is a shame!!

Well, if Katja had asked me about my favorite foreign cuisine (I live in Moscow too, by the way), I would have definitely said that it's the Turkish one, I love it so much, although I've never been in Turkey. You guys really have great taste. Sometimes I cook Turkish dishes at home like menemen, baklava, dolma, domatesli bulgur pilavı and of course döner. So I also found it very disappointing that nobody even mentioned it...

It’s a shame that there are not so many Turkish restaurants in Moscow, but luckily there are some and me personally discovered Turkish food for myself just recently thanks to recommendations of my Turkish student and our colleagues from Easy Turkish 🤩 It’s fantastic! 😍😋
Most of Russian tourists stay in all inclusive hotels and never try authentic Turkish food alas 😔
I traveled through Turkey and I love your cuisine, but it's just not a thing in Moscow. While say in Germany you can find a doner at every corner, in Russia you'll mostly find Caucasian shawarma (and of suspicious origin too).
Every summer millions of russian tourist come to turkish resorts and they eat like crazy in the all-inclusive deals but i guess it sounds much more popular and fancy to answer italian food in front of the camera... yeah they all answer italian cuisine but most of them cant even mention any other dish than pasta and pizza... just so you guys know, italian food is not only pasta and pizza

It's really hard to get good Mexican food outside of the US and Mexico. The ingredients just don't exist.

Everyone says same, how can only pizza and pasta be that famous? There are lots of different rich cuisines in the world, I don’t get it :/
I guess because these are simple and unexpansive dishes like Hamburgers that are fast and easy to cook. On the other hand, French dishes are more sophisticated, expansive and difficult to prepare. If you're not good at cooking you'd better stay away from French cuisine which if not realised properly can result in some disgusting dishes. The French cuisine wouldn't be regarded as the best in the world if it was an easy-to-make thing after all :)

Boring maybe because people know only pasta and pizza, but italian food isn't only 2 things 😂 we eat cereals, legumes, rice, different types of meet and fish, vegetables, eggs, cheeses, dessert etc etc.
