@@samuraishawn6452judging by the fact Vannellope doesn't seem to recognize Turbo (Vannellope asks Turbo who he is at 1:57), I imagine this song takes place before the end of the movie
also, Turbo probably got corrupted on purpose (or at the very least is conscious and fully in-control of his actions), considering he still has a pupil
