- The Ptolemaic Royal Palace was the residence of the Ptolemaic pharaohs from 323 BCE to 30 BCE. Situated on the island of Antirhodos, it was occupied well into the Roman era until the Severan dynasty, and sank in 365 CE due to a tsunami created by an earthquake off the island of Crete.

I can tell the game developers were at a loss as what to do with the interior spaces: every room was either a library, dining area, or a shrine.
true
They don’t even provide a bedding space in palace
They dont get paid enough to do all that
This is probably pretty accurate because Cleopatra was the last ruler of the Ptolemy dynasty which had been founded 300 years before when Alexander conquered Egypt. The rulers, including Cleopatra were all ethnic Greeks. The Romans only arrived during her lifetime which is well known of course.
Omg more pls I’m obsessed with you truly
The quality and realism are just breathtaking!
Statues were painted. I suppose, obelisks too. But I like this ancientness.
Yet another outstanding time travel tour. ✔️ Thanks for sharing. 😎
I love all the sights and sounds you create!
Absolutely MIND-BLOWING! This is such good work. ❤
Very nice upload friend, thank you for sharing love it 😍
Very mesmerizing view,nice video👏

Amazing love to have been there
So Beautiful ❤
Excited to see 👏👏👍😀
I have always wondered what Egypt would have been like if… this is just amazing so long ago they lived so well the gardens the sculptors breath taking …needs more people walking around ….is this based on what Egypt would have really look like. What we see now of Egypt is just desert the riches here are mind blowing.
ancient vlog
Thanck you bro !
Origins had a phenomenal world. But the technical flaws in this game like the god awful pop in/ texture streaming and assets clipping into one another just ruined it for me. It was too jarring to not notice or ignore.
Which is why Red Dead 2 will always be king for me.
I am just curious : you do all this walking manually, or do you do this with a simulator ?
Hey! Not sure what you mean by doing this with simulator but I do the walking manually. Have a great day!
It is a discovery mode of a game known as Assassin creed origin
It is a game u use manual controls like how u play GTA or Resident Evil
It was a beautiful palace but there were several jerky moments before the walker started walking and I am at a loss as to why he chose to walk through the ponds in his boots?
And then step on the carpets??? 😄

please could you make a video about the elyseum and atlantis ?
Hey! Find Atlantis now here: th-cam.com/video/1oVzrpkEZSQ/w-d-xo.html
Elysium coming in future too. Have a nice day!
Hey, sorry it took so long but Elysium can be found now here too: th-cam.com/video/ZVtBcFhccdM/w-d-xo.html
🥰😍
How to get this effect in AC origins
An Egypt without cats, really. Not even a statue of one.🐈🐈🐈🐈🐈🐈🐈🐈🐈🐈🐈🐈🐈🐈🐈🐈🐈🐈🐈 Also no dogs
where are all the people? there should be at least servants to clean and to keep watch against the peasants slipping and robbing the KINGS / Pharaohs palace?
I used this video as a guide to recreate Cleopatra with AI. th-cam.com/video/vCf28pEc-nc/w-d-xo.html
I don't think anyone has recreated ancient Egypt in a fully 3d interactive environment better than Assassin's Creed. What do you think?
Historical depiction of North Africa when nobody heard of USA or Europe including UK. One can only guess how advanced the human race would be today if they had discovered electricity and antibiotics.
"When nobody heard of Europe"
Lmao, ain't no way you just said that, in this game in the video it LITERALLY depicts Egypt DURING Roman times
Not to mention north Africa (with Egypt included) got influenced LOT by the ancient Greeks and ancient Romans, the only thing ancient Egyptians were good at is building a pyramid 😂
The ancient romans and ancient Greeks > ancient Egyptians
It's literally a historical fact
" when nobody heard of Europe or UK"
Britannic civilization 3000 bc
Roman civilization 1100 bc
Greek civilizations : minoan civilization 3200 bc (older then Egypt) , Mycenaean civilization 2000 bc
Tartessos civilization (Spain) 2000 - 1800 bc
Conni civilization (Portugal) 1000 bc
Thracian civilization (Bulgaria)
2000 bc
Dacian civilization (Romania)
1000 bc
Cucuteni civilization (Romania) 4000 bc
Illyria civilization (Albania)
≈ 1500 bc
Moesia civilization (Serbia)
≠ 500 bc
Dalmatian civilized (Croatia)
≈ 1500 bc
Vinca civilization (serbia) ≈ 2000 bc
Krapina civilization (Croatia) 2000 bc
Durankulak civilization (Bulgaria) 3000 bc
Carinthina civilization (Slovenia) 2500 bc
Note : the oldest pyramid in Egypt was built in 2700 bc
The oldest architectural structure in Greece was built in 3100 bc
You need to educate yourself more 😂 , the cradle of AGRICULTURE was Mesopotamia but the cradle of civilization (actual advancements in medicine & science) is ancient Greece
North Africa was civilized thanks to ancient Rome and ancient Greece, while Egypt was INFLUENCED LOT by ancient Greece
Do you realize that in this video, it depicts Egypt DURING roman times, this is Roman Egypt, ancient Egyptians only built pyramids,
This is Romanesque architecture and Greek architecture, they're literally touring ALEXANDERIA which was built during Ptolemaic Egypt aka Greek Egypt
I don't think the roofs were like Western ones as seen here
Egypt before the Arabs😢
You walk yoo slow
The ancient Egypt and Alexander are two separate things.
Why are you combining the both and what is the connection between two if any reveal any actual true facts.
Why are you spoiling two great historical society such as Egyptians and Greece Rome Alexander palace.
Both are entirely different topics.
Did Alexander conquer Egypt
Yes, Alexander the Great conquered the Persian empire, which included Egypt. He then founded the city of Alexandria, where this is.
Not a fan of this to be honest. This was Cleopatra’s palace she loved Egypt. Where is a statue of the goddess Isis? Her palace would have been Egyptian looking not Roman.
well in reality the palace was a good mix between typical ancient egypt elements and hellenistic architecture, since Alexandria was a greek colony, and Cleopatra was Macedonian
Built by Greeks.
Roman?
i hope todays generation can build their city like this!!!
