We did one patient at a time on Nurse Visits because of space constraints. Patients on Nurse Visits only see the RN they don't see the doctor. We just get orders from the docs and discharge the pt. We also triage patients for the docs (the stats).

I only worked weekends, eve & noc 8 hr. shifts and was lucky to have worked at an LTC that paid 8 hrs. just working weekends, so I only had to work 32 hrs. + 8 free paid hours. Professional liability and ethical dilemma; unsafety working conditions and compromised client care...not worth the stress even if the pay is great.
