Making Super Bowl Appetizers | ASMR Cooking Series (Popcorn Chicken, Taco Nachos, Rumaki)

- Rumaki Ingredients:
1 package bacon
1 can whole water chestnuts
about a cup of brown sugar (or white sugar)
soy sauce (about 1 small or medium sized bottle)
toothpicks
Buttermilk Popcorn Chicken Ingredients:
Marinade -
1-1.5 lbs (16-24 oz) thin sliced chicken breast
1 cup (240 ml) buttermilk
1.5 tsp salt
1/4 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp garlic powder
Breading-
1.5 cups (210 grams) flour
1.5 tsp baking powder
1 heaping tsp salt
3/4 tsp black pepper
3/4 tsp garlic powder
3/4 paprika
3 tbs buttermilk
Honey Mustard Ingredients:
1/2 cup (4 oz) mayo
2 tbs yellow mustard
1 tbs dijon mustard
2 tbs honey
1/2 tbs lemon juice
Nachos Ingredients:
Bag of scoop style tortilla chips
1 can befriend beans
Shredded cheese
1 pound ground turkey (optional)
1 package taco seasoning (optional)

I’d just like to add that for the wrapped water chestnuts you could substitute soy and sugar for Kechup manis (sweet soy sauce) which is soy sauce with the sugar already added if you don’t have the other 2 things or want a quicker way. Great video thanks Ashley I looooove your cooking series 😊💖

The best part of Super Bowl Sunday is the food. It's like Thanksgiving Day for finger foods. Chips, queso, guac, hors d'oeuvres, then you call in sick the next day while your stomach does battle with everything you ate.😅

Looks yummy! It might be easier to sprinkle the brown sugar onto the sliced bacon (and pat it in) before putting the water chestnuts on the bacon and wrapping them up. Thanks for another relaxing video!
