Vusi man. i wish Black twitter can see your contribution in building the young entrepreneurs of this country. the effort alone just means a lot. Huge fan of your work.
At 8:31, I think the fact that your business idea/concept already exists does not mean you cannot do it! And from what she says, this would be localized to serve a specific niche. So I believe her App would join the pool just like before Alexa came along, we had apple's Siri. and google assistant. Therefore I say, go for it girl 💪💪💪
Flip the Man who's talking about chickens is a Chartered Accountant...My former Lecturer Deon Mhlaba. Props to him...he's now thinking Big. And He's a very young Man.
These videos are real content on and for Africa. Loved the bit about short runways for businesses in Africa. Asians rely on family/community networks. Perhaps thats what we could build on too ...while corporate money catches up
Powerful Masterclass and honestly we're blessed to have guys like Vusi Thembekwayo in South Africa to give their time to share powerful knowledge. God bless Vusi and the team to keep on sharing knowledge.
I was having a conversation today about how people rush to make business cards and spend more time worried about Logos instead of actually worrying about the product offering or at least building a customer base. thank you Mr Thembekwayo
Great conversations and interesting thoughts. Well done to the team for putting this content together from a videography and editing perspective. The beauty with entrepreneurship whether you're developing apps or curriculums for schools is no matter the push-back and criticism you can always have the courage, work ethic and audacity to prove the naysayers wrong by using your passion to fuel your drive in looking for innovative ways to exponentially scale your business.
Great advice at the end Vusi Thank you! If you ever looking at holding something like this in Australia get your team to contact me and I can make something happen :)
I just joined the Oyi business as a member. Out of R430 R100 will go to the card for emergency health care service otherwise we still gonna rely on public services. Anyway big up to Vusi
If it can be ripped to shreds and you can't continue then maybe its not a good idea for a business. too many people believe they are special and don't listen to advice. they believe they are the exception to the rules. that is why they fail.
Pitch without pitching...hmm, but I heard you Vusi. I love the last part, wearing all stars and jeans to a pitch, it sure got my attention. Great work Vusi keep it up we are taking a lot from it.
Ah.. glad I found this one again. The lady with the location using app.. that's a great idea. Just cos someone is already doing doesnt mean she should not do it.
Another man thought Alexa was a speaker. Not her. However, what he described (Alexa) is not similar to the idea she stated. Her idea is very similar to the app called NextDoor in the US and it could work. She just needs to focus the idea.
good day hope yall are well id like to express my most sincere apology you are mentor and a big inspiration in contributing to youth becoming entrepreneurs . this oyi company is a scam , i opened an account and deposited money into the medical aid scheme card for delivery i have since been waiting 1 month without communication since then i asked for a refund for 3+months they till please be patient it will be processed
Vusi indicated in this masterclass that take his advice with a pinch of salt. Plus what he's advising is instead of using a sledgehammer to solve something you can use with a smaller tool, meaning instead of coming of abrasive and brash, rather ease your way into the investor's time. Pitching is like courtship, you can hound your target until they give in, but it's a trust game, and it's the long game. Hope this helps, Meneer? All the best

thank you Mr Thembekwayo
Making business cards and investing in good logo's does help build the customer base broer. No one really will buy into your plain logo

Thato Ashwin True🤣
Hahahaha I feel you on that, but he also said the greatest advice someone gave him is not to take all advice. I
Lol🤣🤣🤣😂😂😂 constructive criticism is good.
But he is good, some ideas are bad though

Another man thought Alexa was a speaker. Not her. However, what he described (Alexa) is not similar to the idea she stated. Her idea is very similar to the app called NextDoor in the US and it could work. She just needs to focus the idea.

In NewZealand the suite and tie culture is long time phased out in business.
@20:29 What about DjSbu's hustle it works also so I dont see why we need class and elegance when we dont have it
