    I was wondering why you strike the anvil before u hit the shoe or metal making a shoe. It's like u single or double tap the anvil with the 🔨 before strike the shoe? Love the videos.

    Question... As a life long professional artist in my mid 60's, now with arthritis in my dominate hand and elbow restricting what, and how long, I can work, HOW LONG before you'll need to consider retiring, according to what older blacksmiths reported when they were forced to quit because of arthritis??
