This moc is so good!! I don't personally play the game but All the details, different signs, the building looks like it is about to collapse I love the hover scooter you made at the beginning it is so unique and to top it all off a nice black boarder. The slushy shop is so cool too!

Very good MOC if you just look at the building techniques but as far as accuracy goes I think you should have included some NPCs that had not yet been fully rendered and a couple of vehicles that had clipped through the street.
