Thanks for the comment ;) - a bit like these comments, the comments column serves a different purpose in my view. It could equally be called ‘notes’ or ‘progress update’ and means this information is immediately visible and can be used with different functionality. But ultimately it comes down to user preference to set up whatever works best for their ways of working. That’s the joy of the flexibility of Smartsheet and the ability to customise as needed
