If he thinks nurses should lose their jobs due to not getting it then he does think people should lose their jobs by not getting it. It's as simple as that.
however this will come home to bite them on the bum shortly, the number of homes not able to provide safe staffing will rise and their association has said its about 5 in 6 homes with these issues, and it will result in those people being put in ambulances and clogging emergency departments. there looking at it in the NHS presently, however with a quarter of a million staff not double jabbed if they move everyone to non patient facing then it will implode, just for info 1 nurse looks after on average 6 patients in a hospital ward so if you lose 4 thats a full ward closed.

Correct, I took a screen shot of 2019 and 2020 went from Natural Herd Immunity to Vaccine immunity to suit their agenda

I suppose, the only argument is that if they get it, it could make them prone to being more ill than a jabbed person which could take up a hospital bed? I'm definately pro-choice though. I really don't know who to believe anymore.

I was looking at the Yellow Card data on Public Health England's website yesterday. It's updated to 8th Sept.
It says that people who have suffered adverse reactions, and health professionals are "encouraged" to report it.
For England, it reports 327 thrombo-embolic events, (clotting, strokes due to clotting etc.). So what would be the chances of me knowing 3 people, 2 with debilitating strokes a day after vax and one with clot in the leg within 2 weeks? Which I do, personally. That's close on 1%. If you extrapolate this, even by estimation, clotting events would, theoretically, be running into the tens of thousands.
I suspect that victims are being told that their injury is "unrelated" so they don't bother to report it (if they're even aware of Yellow Card) and neither do the doctors, because it's a pain to fill in the extensive form online. Because it's not mandatory, they get away with it.
Neither would it be in the goverment's interest to publicise this and compromise their "balance of risk" narrative.
Clearly, there is significant under-reporting of events.
Some people don't know about reporting it. A lady I spoke to on Twitter certainly didn't. How many of her are out there where they've experience adverse reactions, but not reported it because they didn't know they could?

Hold on we keep getting told to protect ourselves and have the jab , but in the same breath say the vaccinated are at risk from unvaccinated ? What is then can't have it both ways ? does the jab not work then ? Considering after doing some research from official government data there is little to no difference in viral load between vaccinated and unvaccinated . After looking at statistics from Israel data they have almost as many cases now as they had before the jab ? And in some hospitals higher hospitalisations are vaccinated ?
Given the reputation of strictly, I wonder if they will want HIV tests next?

Get a job in a care home with long hours cleaning up sick and and S**** with a must have mandatory flu and Covid Jabs or get a job without all them things doing something else, is it any wonder care homes are understaffed and many a job going in the sector.

There's a negligible advantage (or disadvantage?) for healthy adults to get vaccinated. I presume these dancers are of above average health/fitness? One problem for vaccinated people is that they are less symptomatic if they do get infected, so they don't know that they are a threat. Also, because they are vaccinated, they believe they are immune. Symptomatic unvaccinated people can know when they are a threat and can self-isolate. Maybe vaccinating healthy adults is actually a bad idea. It's not smallpox. It's closer to influenza. We were never coerced into getting flu jabs.

Mandatory Covid Jabs for the private residential care sector from 11th November, no jab, no job! yet only parts on of the NHS why is that? not everyone looks after old people in care homes in the private care sector some "Residents" are under 40.

its really simple, if its not in your terms of employment contract and your fired because of it then its constructive dismisal, if they also have an underlying health issue that the public may not be aware of then this could fall under the equalities act. theres 2 ways of looking at it and im sure that not just the BBC dont want to be test cases where the optics are there discriminating against anyone, moreso facing law suits where they will lose and big. The government have caused these issues, we should ask why?
