I'm looking for a studio apartment in Dallas too. It's hard to find one with a washer/dryer in the unit. They don't even offer furnished units.

It can be very hard. It was a lot more difficult to find a lot of wanted this year more than any other year. I used an apartment locator to help me find my apartment.
