I didn't play ABA for long time Does he a DIO buff level now? I remember the day DIO become brainded char -absorb has no endlag make it easy combo starter and very good extender -barrage has no knockback and endlag in base and mode make it high dmg combo extender

I know dio time stop is broken but come on he is a robux char he can take 2 stock away from the enemy with his awakening. However, doppio can do it better. The devs should make dio in his base more consistent
His one is good, his second is kinda eh, his three is pretty good, his 4 is blank like 50/50 Overall: good in term of damage but combo potential is not like the other jojo chars
