In the Philippines, walking during a super typhoon is fairly common. Of course, you might not be walking around if you are in the very center of it. As far as I can tell, there was only typical flooding and a lot of rain where I walked in Cavite City, Philippines. Walking during a typhoon may be enjoyable since there are a lot of activities going on-it's like a party! Of course, things aren't always that way. Those who did not fair well and perished during Super Typhoon Kristine are in our thoughts and prayers. I fervently hope that the infrastructure here improves in the future to stop further severe flooding like that which occurred in Noveleta, Cavite and on other similar areas. Am from SD Cal at nabawasan ang pag-alal ko na ulan lang at baha ang inabot ng Cavite City versus sa nangyari sa Noveleta at ibang lugar na nawasak ng baha.
