haha yes this is how i approach every build!
I wish beekeeping was a skill, even if it was just a five point one. it would be nice if at max skill you got an action like the one for gardening thats just "tend garden." ike just "care for bees" and your sim automatically would spray or bond with them or whatever. I love to have bees because all my sims are gardeners, but I find bees to be unusable without the "calm bees" interaction mod.
I play vanilla, but I only use bees if I’m playing with a sim for whom floral arraigning / gardening is their main deal because constantly making the scented bouquet that calms bees is the only way my sims don’t get constantly attacked and it’s a lot of work. I’m glad there is a mod for that though, would probably be easier!
Why a skill it’s not easy to be a beekeeper . It’s hard

I’m Jesus using the beds decks seasons came out .This year I’m going to be a bee keeper this year . My bees will arrive on April 11th and I’m a artist . It’s time to save bees and give them a forever home .
Don't you just love going through debug while you're building and being like "oooh this would look perfect here" or getting ideas for other things while scrolling? This build has such an interesting concept, I like it. I really enjoyed the earlier version with the white stacked windows and the orange roof, too!
I screwed up once and pulled A TON of items from debug to use in a build and ran out of room for actual items 😂😂 the debug menu is just perfect lol
The hexagonal patterned glass roof is *perfect* for this! I didn't even see it coming hehe
i really like this build! it’s so cute and feels very appropriate for this time of thr season. i’d love to just live as a beekeeper and sell honey and live a simple life :))
Being a beekeeper is not easy . You have to make site no evil mites to kill them . No wasps or hornets or other bees Harris’s or kill your Queen bee. You have to make sure there ok abs the babies . You have to build your hive and get the tools and suits. Tell trustworthy nighbors that you’ll have. Bee 🐝 colonies living at your home so they might go to your pool or yard for Flowers’s and water so don’t harm them . Some people are stupid and they will come steal your hive or bees or honey . They will lie and say your bees harmed them. Sence the seasons pack came out I’ve decided to be a beekeeper so I waited until my birthday January 18th this year my 27th birthday and 3 weeks ago I bought my hive and almost Finnished . Then my bees will arrive this year April 11th.
Everyday stupid people kill animals and bees . They will kill bees every days useing pest spray and everything and it’s horrible . There going to be instinct because of stupid people . With out animal you won’t get eggs or milk . With out bees we won’t get food like help your green grow and put in the grocery stores . We won’t have honey for medicine or natural soap or candles like if we have a storm and we need light .
I wish people stop complaining about the bugs in the game instead of complaining about what’s happening to the real world . Every animal or creatures going instinct and harmed because of humans or mankind. We are in war again but worse because of men with power and greed like food and gass and money .poor Ukraine is frightened to death because the evil Russian government. Afghanistan 🇦🇫 and homeless people and starving people in the world needs help and people worried about bugs in the game and it makes me sick . As a artist still trying to get known, can’t play my sims because my computer needs to get fixed , all this bugs in the game , people complaining the game that’s not the important things unless your dissabled like me, and the war and stuff ,beekeeping and painting distracts me from this all.
If you want to learn about the bees and if you want to be a beekeeper let me know . Beekeeping in real life is not easy . I’ve just started .

I LOVE off the grid gameplay! Eco-Lifestyle makes it so much more practical! I usually design my off the grid houses so that they need almost no power (usually I have 1 exterior power flood light) but I have a small power source so my sim can have a laptop and work from home. I would love to see you play with it and build an off the grid house!

Very cozy! I adore large homes. There's so few lots per world, I pretty much never use 1 bedroom houses anymore. 😆 All my sims families have roomies.

yellow is my favourite colour and i get sad cause i think of it’d be too much to have as a colour scheme but this looks good!! gonna download and definitely inspired to use yellow in my colour scheme
Such a pretty home! I’ve noticed a lot of builders have been building on Evergreen Harbor lately using a lot of the Eco Lifestyle items and mixing it with things from other packs. It’s funny because I started a new save to do the Eco Lifestyle gameplay all over again because I really enjoyed it the first time around. I think it just shows how the style of that pack is very popular among builders because as someone who does both, I love the items from that pack. I think it’s going to work well with the upcoming game pack too 😃
I love this build so much! I can't wait to download it! I just wanted to say that I bought an RV recently (needs A LOT of work) and the theme I want for it is Honey Bees. I made a small home on Sims so I could see what I hope it will look like when I am done and I loved it so much I had to upload it to The Gallery. Bees are just too cute and the color of honey is a relaxing color to me.
Your builds are so creative and add such gameplay around it.
If you play with whims on, then I suggest the personality mod by missyhissy. It adds Sims 2 style personalities as reward traits and you can add them to your sim and you start getting whims that it added to the game. There are things like have a kid, adopt a baby/pet, etc. That may add a little to your family gameplay if you play with whims on

Can you maybe make a build where you build a house for generations but with only the pack's parenthood, cats and dogs, and eco-lifestyle. It's okay if you use a little from other packs but mainly just those. (like so Tonya can see)

This is cool. While getting my computer fixed this year sence the wedding pack was fixed , I’m becoming a beekeeper this year starting April 11th. I know I’m a artist and I know it can be easy on sims 4 to be a beekeeper but saving bees 🐝 abs being a beekeeper in real life as a artist could be fun but challenging. So many people kill bees every day like pest spray and there going instinct. Honey bees and buble bees .🐝 with out bees we won’t have food . With out animals the world will be unbalanced or horrible and food like eggs . It’s not easy being a beekeeper so I’m in school right now being a beekeeper too .

There is a brand of watercolors made with honey. So you aren’t too far off with your idea of having the sims paint with honey

I’ve been playing the sims 4 since it came out and I still can’t figure out how to move objects slightly like she does when she places the walking stones near the bee boxes 🤦♀️
use the bb.moveobjects on cheat and press alt when holding an object
To rotate, you need to change the camera to the sims 3 camera, then you just hold click and alt at the same time.

This should have been in the middle of Windenburg or something, I don't think you can raise bees in the middle of suburbia.
You totally can!!! There are places that have strict HOAs that limit and/ban beekeeping but for the most part neighbors won't even notice
