Insist on her coming to the West and promise to pay any amount. She will not come unless she is arrested.
Logical reasoning will tell a reasonable person that it is not a normal pregnancy since the woman said they told her she will only deliver one child if she cannot afford what she was billed, what will happen to the second one? Doesn't that show what they have in plan?

The day she gave birth, she was brought to the hospital by one of her school teachers that didn't even know that she was pregnant until she was brought to the hospital to deliver the baby.
