Brother structure is required to hold the panel in place only. It must be strong, rigid and long life to cater with the weight of panels, heavy rain and wind. Access to each panel should be easy from top and bottom of the structure for maintenance and cleaning purpose. Structure does not affect the output of solar panels in any way.
You need a steel structure for this purpose. You will need RCC columns, RCC beams or Steel beams. Steel structure will sit on columns and beams. Consult structural engineer or civil engineer to design the structure. The steel structure must have 2 feet wide walk ways for each panel for maintenance and cleaning purpose.

Can we use solar panel as a roof. My house is under construction can I install directly solar panel on my wall without concrete slab .
