When you added UK BU as service provider for US BU in manage service provider relationships, there you didn't activate UK BU

While, Payables Payments Shared Service ; means it is handling both AP Invoicing and AP Payments?
How to centralize Payment only service while keeping the Invoicing a self-service , whether in AP or AR?
