Thank you for an excellent and informative video. You are extremely generous with your expertise and I am grateful to you. The before and after weights of the pieces are important pieces of information. I believe I understand your technique for determining the bottom thickness of the piece when trimming, but I do not understand your technique for determining how much to trim off the sides. Could you explain that?

The teardrop shape is in production now, probably available in late fall. The square one is still under development and will probably available sometime next year.
