Woo woo!!!, good job girl🤩🤩🤩...you make it look soooo fun !
I've dreamed of tap dancing all my life, but I never felt I was in the right shape for it.

Like you, I enjoy teaching beginners the joy of dancing in a dance fitness format. I teach all styles of genres for dance, as well as tap fitness. All adult ages and levels. It helps so much with keeping our old bodies with mobility, flexibility and coordination - not to mention the mental exercise for our brains!! After doing some research on the benefits of dance, since I have MS, ostearthritis and plantar facitis, I found that dnacing frequently helps to reduce the risk of alzheimers and dementia by 76%!!! Not to mention the wonderful benefits of the free happy hormone endorphins! I like to say drop a stress size as well as a dress size! Some of my students have similar age related health issues, including a pace-maker, and their doctors are sooooo pleased that they have picked up dance as their cardio exercise. Thank you for sharing your wonderful tuturials and dance steps. You're style of teaching has been the easiest and best that I have seen. You've taught me so much and I am passing that on to those in my class. Keep dancing!

This is wonderful, Toni! I wholeheartedly agree with everything you've said, and "Drop a stress size" is excellent! Thank you so much for reaching out. I love connecting with other dance teachers, especially those who work with adults. I've taught all ages, but beginner-level adults have my heart. I'm so happy to hear these videos are helpful for you and your classes. 🥰 Thank you again!! 💜💜
