Absolutely LOVE this! You are the sole reason that I make flowers! I have all the things to create them with. I did purchase the hibiscus and leaf dies. It's funny because since I'm still down in the back, this is something I can do at the coffee table. For some reason, with this sciatic pain, I can't sit at my craft desk. I have to sit so I'm leaning forward. I will be seeing my chiropractor next week. He's on vacation. But I have heard they can help alot with this sciatica stuff. Yaayy! Thanks for giving me the flower making idea! As I'm about to go crazy not being able to craft! Lol Big Hugs! 🌺 Suzy xo
Thanks so much Suzy. Glad you found the tutorial helpful. You know I know how much pain you are in!!! So happy you will be able to craft some. I can't imagine having to wait another week for some relief. I am praying for you!!!! Have fun making your flowers my friend. Hugs and Blessings, Carol
Thanks Carol for another great flower tutorial. My order for the Hibiscus flowers is due to arrive tomorrow, and I’ll be making flowers soon. Great tip on getting the stamen to stand.♥️
Thank you sooooo much for this tutorial! Your flowers are beautiful! I do have a question. How do you cut out the 3 different colors with the dies all on one plate? I am use to having individual dies I can place on whatever color and weight of cardstock I have and place them in such a way as to have very little cardstock waste. This question also applies to the Flamingo Element die as well. That is why I asked for a tutorial for these 2 die sets. Can you show us?
Thank you for your sweet comment. I cut strips of paper to cut out the flowers. Next time I have a tutorial with this type of die, I will show it. Measure the size of the flowers. So for instance, if they are 3 inches, cut your paper in strips at 3-3/8" and then cut along the strip. Hope that helps. Hugs and Blessings, Carol
