U are my favorite female injector on you tube. I think u are the only one doing sculptra on the upper third the way it is meant to be placed. Although they say it’s not meant to be placed deep. It seems that this placement is the only way to give the lift and glow and suppleness back to women that are passed middle age. So thank you. I’d love to see more and hear u talk about which places going deep to periosteum gives the best lift and where going lighter and why we should choose deep dermis sub q or sub dermal layer for all those other places that were not on periosteum. I have lots of elasticity loss on one side of my face. And on both sides in the lower third. Much much volume loss in the mid face and fine lines there and in the lower face and around lips for that upper face volume loss. I’m only 45 and having trouble going outside I’m so self conscious

What mixture you use was it 8 cc of sterile water with 1cc of lido
I use 0.25 cc's in that area and yes, 8 cc sterile water with 1cc lido wo epi
Have you ever injected sculpture into a vessel? Some people told me that it can cause a heart attack or that you can still get a vascular occlusion from it, but I didn’t think you could as long as you don’t pull the carb methyl cellulose into the syringe, would that be the thing that caused a VO if indeed you got one
No I've never injected sculptra into a vessel and we are not injecting that much solution that it would travel all the way from a patients small face vessel to their heart, enough to cause an occlusion there.
I'm interested in having this done. I'm curious how much goes in each injection point and can it be used in the lips?

How is she not flinching in pain? Was she numbed beforehand?
Sculptra has lidocaine in it. The first few pokes can be uncomfortable, but afterwards the patient is numb.
