This is how a print is supposed to be.ive Been a welder fab for over 30 yrs.and the way u done the break down and each item . I call th details and description.awsome drawings
That thing is gonna be a B.E.A.S.T. Best crosscart build currently on TH-cam by far. AND I love how you make everything with basic tools. My shop is the same way, no plasma table and all that fancy equipment. Keep up the great work!
Hey man, awesome build! I have been following it since the beginning. One bit of advice, put the radiator in the back of the kart and add a "fire wall" behind the seat and your head. I have seen people have coolant lines blow and get 3rd degree burns all over their skin. This happened at one of Cleetus Mcfarland's events and the guy was injured extremely bad. Would hate to hear you got hurt from something that's easily avoidable. Cheers!
Hey man, sorry about my inglesh because im from Brasil... congrats man, this project is awesome, you inspire me a lot to create karts like this, the only problem is that here in brazil, everything relationed to cars is a loooot expensive. Good Job bro, keep doing that!
I’m planning to build something related but a bit different (longer/lower/possibly wider) but I’m gonna grab the plans anyway because I’m sure I can get something useful from it and I’d like to support your work directly. Indrukwekkend werk man, echt gaaf.
I'm looking to make a 2 seater if I part use as gs moon buggy i can make it road legal in the UK but will change literally everything else your plans should help me alot adapting the rest of the frame
Awesome video once again, coming together nicely. I hope we find the time to build such a machine someday, but if we do your plans sure will be a great help. Keep it up my friend, you deserve far more attention
Aw sweet I have a Cbr1000f hurricane that I’m putting In to my roketa SXS. I got it for 100$ with no spark we had to jump a few wires but we finally got it started. Now I’m either going to have to replace the water pump seal or the head gasket because coolant is getting into the oil. ugh. Awesome build my dude!
Dude, what an awesome thing to do. The build is superb as is the video and it’s really cool you’ve put all your work and plans online to help people build their own. Really cool mate. New subscriber and off to watch the finished build videos! ✌🏻
probably not. if he runs it without headers the o2 sensors obviously wont give normal values and the computer should go into limp mode, wich would be pretty rich.
Jacob 4970 is right, but for a completely different reason. The exhaust elbows dissipate much of the heat from the cylinder head and exhaust valves. So without an exhaust you can easily burn valves and their valve seats.
Looks to be the best explained and built cart on here. My only issue is with the radiator right behind your head because it has a remote filler you could put the rad back behind the engine or on the other side of the oil cooler. keep boiling liquid far away from my body.
Excellent work. I will be sending you money for the plans soon. Hard part where I live will be finding a reasonable doner bike. May go snowmobile engine to start out.
I know it would not qualify for the same sporting purpose and would not be half as exciting, but would it be possible to scale the build to a 4 seater family version? I am also interested to know whether your plans support mm based tubing. I see you are talking about inches?
odd question but how tall are you? if your under 6 foot i cant fit into this cart. im 6'3 and i think with my helmet my head be sticking out the top. i need a crosscart frame not a mariocart lol but this is looking great.
I am thinking about buying your plans but I wanted to know if the suspension configuration for the rear is able to work with a more legitimate set of shocks vs working with the front fork struts of street bike.
Short of building your own lathe like he’s done, your best bet is probably a local machinist/machine shop to make you the few pieces you can’t do yourself. A couple hundred $ should cover it.
I would be careful with the radiator above your head. If you were to over heat the motor or burst a pipe it will pour over you head and down your back taking the skin with it
Bought the plans, straight up Awesome! The amount of details in the plans are astonishing
Thanks!
How you getting on?

As a fabricator and engineer i am impressed with your resourcefulness, and skill. You have a bright future ahead young man.
this video brightened my day, nothing better than arriving from work here in Brazil and having content to help with my project!

I like how you reused the fuel tank looks cool! I had to reuse mine because it is fuel injected and the pump is inside
Awesome build, engineering, and fabrication, thank you!

That's exactly what I was thinking of when he showed where it was going. He'll probably be fine, but it's a big risk.
The long awaited plans are finally out

Hey, thanks!
Purchased thank you.
I'm excited to get started . Will be getting materials tomorrow to build the bench
Hope you enjoy it!
@@homemade_madness will be starting next week. Looking forward to the next video

Nice!!
Love the trick with the vice grips to help align the seat tab, have to do that in the future
When will the 35mm Plans be available? I'm really looking forward to start building with this nice design

Love this build! Hope you never have to take that engine out though!
now how do you plan to change the plugs with that bar running directly over them
Recycled the tank! Looks great!
Careful running it with out the exhaust itll lean the motor out and cause it too burn up a cylinder

man this is so good.you should install heat shield for the seat tho!
What welder do you use? Also what is a welder you could buy from 350-450 dollars that can weld together metal pieces to build a go kart frame?
Fuel tanks usually have rubber mounts to avoid vibration causing metal fatigue
Top man!

Awesome built 👏
very nice project bro I hope you get your reward
Need to protect the driver If that radiator ever boils over
Hello. Your work is awesome. How can i order the full plans?
If the coolant was to escape the radiator it would likely burn you?
I imagine if the coolant were to escape maybe that would be the least of his worries?
Are you trying to burn your rings and valves?
very nice looking rig, looks well done ... do yourself a favor though and clean off the mill scale and the rust before welding it'll go much smoother
Very nice!

Im 196 cm😅
@@homemade_madness that would.make you 6foot 5 thats super tall
I would like to find out about the plans, where, & cost
how in depth do you go on wiring in your plans do you provide a wiring diagram
Nice work brother 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
Thanks 👍
What is the name of the program on which the buggy structure is buggy 🤔🤔
For size reference to the builds and plans .. How tall are you?
196 cm
Bro, you are AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!😮
Hi
great job
what's a grade steel is used for buggy?
I am thinking about buying your plans but I wanted to know if the suspension configuration for the rear is able to work with a more legitimate set of shocks vs working with the front fork struts of street bike.
Yes just make difffrent top mounts
F A S T E R U P L O A D S.
Do you have the plans sir?
Hi! I made an order at your plans and signed with bank id at the end. But nothing happens?
Hello, what should i do to buy this buggy plans?
Hey! Have to ask how tall are you? I was thinking to buy your plans but i keep thinking will i fit inside the frame.
Im 196cm so pretty tall
Hi!
Anyone figured out the center shaft's length and diameter?
This is amazing well done
Wouldn’t put it all the way up there outside of the frame, if this thing rolls wich it might the filler is rip
Looking good man! But I Would not recommend running the motor without headers or some kind of exhaust... that’s a good way to ruin your valves!!
What brand and type of car did you use for the parts? I mean the rear drive line, wheelbearings etc. I am building your buggy.
I did find it…. It’s from a VOLKSWAGEN POLO (9N_) | 2001.10-2009.11 - 1.4 16V - 1390ccm 80pk
WOOW!!! Looks great!!!
dude awesome work!
And a tube bender. *****and a lathe******
Hey where do you buy your parts ?
thank you!! 😊, what is your height?
196 cm
What kind of bike is that
Great job, got your plans. i thought about making one with a difference i am going electric what do you think about it.
Go for it!
I will send you some pics to put on your web site.
ptreeau1 I’m planning to make an electric one too but I’m stuck with the tires and rim, can you help me ?
Does anyone know if a gsxr 600 engine would fit in that frame?
It will😁
Spark plug replacement !
Well done bro
What motorcycle is this
How can I by the project man?
I have been wanting a kart type myself don't no if you will respond back. Just had to say good video on design to show a person.
why dont you use a alloy fuel cell and mount the pump in the bottom having a motorcycle tank looks pretty naf
What about the spark plugs 😮
Can you build a new one and send here in the Philippines plss plss... 🙏🙏🙏
when will there be a sequel?
Yes💪🏻
the problem is engine will not come out
is it possible to buy your plan?
Yes
@@homemade_madness how much?
Love what you're doing but that motor put out 100hp
How tall are you??
The best mody
Hey, I don't have my own lathe, but I want to build a buggy like that. Anyone have an idea how to deal with this problem?

thats right

You need to build a firewall of some kind.
Lets see you change the spark plugs
Imagine turbocharging the cart
Im buying very soon
👍👍👍👍👍
i will be buying plans, but have to wait till wife's not looking 😬
🤣

Can you get that engine out.🤔
It looked to me like it could be lowered right out the bottom, i could be wrong though.
I would have loved it to send me that one two and three videos
Please can you teach me how to do it that is my dream if only you can help me for my dream to come true I'll be very happy
Beleza 👍👍😎
RIP to whomever is driving when that radiator hose blows . Worst placement of a radiator that Ive ever seen.
Nee sorry vanwege administratie
You are lucky you didn't burn every valve in that head firing it up without headers on and zero back pressure!!!
Olá bom dia vc poderia me dar uma cópia do projeto
Porfavor🙏🙏🙏🙏
finally👊
