- The first unit of the new Aespa collab has arrived. ae-WINTER has a fairly unique skillset and definitely appeared to have some usage in slower matches while also possibly being used versus aggressive teams.

Manica of Control also seems like a great arti option, for all of those who've been sitting on it for ages.
I do wish I had a second copy of Celine's arti - it is sitting on her currently, as is only fitting.
I prefer Manica of Control over the Sword of Winter Shadow. Who cares about raising her attack when her damage is set.

I think the only reason to pull these units is the fact they might not come back in so long and could see some buffs post launch. Looking at everyone who has Kizuna AI. I wasn't playing when she came out. Have heard nothing about her coming back.
I think it's a mistake comparing this unit to Rimuru just because she has fixed damage. Rimuru is busted because he has a self-fulling win condition. If Anyone on his team is attacked with a buff, he activates, deals damage, Speed contests, steals said buff(s) and spreads it to his whole team in a single action. Then does bonus fixed damage based on the number of buffs on his team while providing def break for anyone who follows him up.
Winter is no where near that power level. She's like A.Coli with fixed damage and her gimmick is good against the top tiers only. No debuffs? Winter does nothing. it takes too long to stack her S3 on her own and the CD is balanced around trying to reset it with her passive. This character can be tactically utilized by strong players, but clearly she's a noobie booster and if you don't have the stats to fight those top tier units anyway, she's not gonna magically change those outcomes. And to be clear, I'm not saying this to say she's outright bad, it's only been a whole 24hrs at this point, but I would like to restate that comparing her to Rimuru is a mistake, because it's clear why that character is hyper explosive and could be misleading if people associate the two, and decide to pull.

Seems like you could get away with not even 6-star enhancing her and she'll do her job? With so many new units lately, 4 new collab units, Zio and the guaranteed mystic unit... I really want to save my wolf's if I can!
You want the extra bulk. But, you can grace of growth her indefinitely. All you lose is 5% to stun on S1.
What if Lua sleeps her, does she wake up with Luas S3 like Celine?

Im just gonna see how she plays out cuz it doesn't seem promising to me. The thing about rimuru is that his build isn't set in stone while hers seems to be. Even on the dmg build i saw that s3 hit for 2k dmg before proc. I dont think I'd have much use for her if i cant build her yolo. Slow ramp up chars basically need to be built fast while i dont have the speed since a mainly farm banshee.
You can build her with bulk, I guess

Pull just to have all ltds, but so sure that she'll gather dust in waiting room, cus we have better options to team slot and speed gear too
Glad to see I'm not the only one who's not a big fan of her design either. I do find her kit interesting and she's a limited, so I went all the freaking way to pity to get her.

Well, as it stands the only unit with barrier inversion is DJ Basar. Having access to this on an RGB unit is a good thing for f2ps.
@@tuxmaceo2020 Barrier inversion, dispells two buffs and instant rotates to s2 for more pressure. She’s like a f2p DJB and she’s good because majority of comps now have Arowell +light teams so barriers are more prevalent than ever. She’s not insane but her kit as a support is gonna make people think twice about their arowell drafts. Even without arowell, so many hero’s got barrier now so her value goes up
