Given all the machianations Williams had, it's amazing Damon kept going and still had a lot of pace in that Arows in 1997, then the Jordan in 98 and 99 that may or may not have had illegal traction control a la CART teams of the era had. Hill was insanely quick on his day and had helped develop the Williams cars from as far back as 1992 while driving for the Brabham team that year before it folded. Brabham, not Williams.
