Trash collection was put in place in China after 1949, although it was very basic and limited in terms of frequency and coverage when the country was poor. That said, no government has enough resource to pick up after 1.4B people. There is a little something called civic sense. 😊

My first time in India to attend an exhibition in New Delhi Pragati Maidan Exhibition Centre. I was supposed to be there for 4 days for the exhibition event but the second day in the morning I have had a terribly upset stomach and I have to go to the hospital and I was told that I have food poisoning. I ended up very sick for the next two days and couldn't even attend the exhibition. The food that I ate was from the hotel restaurant and not the roadside food stalls.

4. Different states with different cultures make it hard to embrace everyone out of their culture.
5. No will power in the politicians to make education, medicine and social services , infrastructure upto international level.
5. Rot learning education is producing only workers not owners.
I hope these complex issues you will be able to understand instead of talking through only your biased camera.

Let's do an imaginary experiment -- Let's swap the people, including the government and the regular citizens, between Shanghai and Delhi. Completely seal off these two cities, and then check back in 5 or 10 years. What do people think these two cities would be like then?
