But, during that time, I began to notice his interaction with the audience. I always had wondered if he knew deep inside how much we all love him. This video says to me that he does. I find a lot of peace inside in knowing this, and I am grateful to him for all the years of absolute LOVE he has given to us all. It goes both ways. The love we all feel for him, he seems to feel for us. That, my friends, is simply amazing.

One of his very best songs. Wish it had been included, even only sometimes, in his more recent tours. All the more meaningful now. When he closed the show with this at the Home Before Dark tour, it was so, so powerful. Not many artists would close with a new song instead one of the big hits. But Neil did. And when he sang this and got to the end, the place erupted out of admiration and respect.
Last time I saw him was in 2015 in Melbourne Australia. He had this song in the middle of the show. But having this tune at the end of the show is the best way he could have ended a show.. Really powerful this version and I keep coming back here to listen and watch.
