Also, you say Neigrhims is a central institute, but during counselling when we fill choices it is not put under central institute ! According to MCC all government colleges in Delhi, BHU and AMU are considered central Institute. Thanks for the work you are doing. You are helping a lot of people.
Hands on is good if you’re zealous by second year they do independent myringoplasty. But I have seen some students they don’t get, it depends on you and the seniors
