I have not yet renewed, but always look at those promo emails / incentives they send me to sub up again lol :) it's just a little too expensive now. An annual after Canadian conversion is almost $400. Basically I have to look and see if I would pay $100 a box each season, and so far I haven't been willing to. I really like the look of the Free People blanket and the Ouai conditioner, but don't want to spend $100 to get it lol. I might see if someone local will sell the blanket for a reasonable price. Hi, you should consider the Ana Luisa earrings (Category 2) I can attest to the quality of them. Just gorgeous! I’m getting them after losing my first pair on a trip. Also consider getting the 111Skin Essence in Category 6. The brand has amazing reviews. I’m also canceling my Annual subscription. I’m glad I’m going out on a high with this box.

i paid annual, and even though they said they wont refund the next 3 boxes i was supposed to get, they actually did end up refunding.... after i talked to them nicely.
This was the box that made me cancel my subscription 😞 so many items not available to the UK and I went to customise the moment it opened to yearly members half the items were gone so unfortunately there wasn't much choice at all.
Hey, my renewal will be spring box not sure if I will continue.. I got credit for my fall box spend it on add on sale... I wish I kept the credit I like lot of things in category 1 like you.. I always choose 1 per category but for winter box i might choose 1 or 2 extra items..
It didn’t work for me. I cancelled and it ended up getting cancelled without any $25 credit offer. And there was no other offers whatsoever. I was an Annual member.
Sorry it didn’t work for you, I have always got email offers on my cancelled accounts, it might take some time, but give it until just before customization day and see if they offer you something.
So I have a question- winter is the last box in my annual. If I cancel before winter ships can I use the coupon for an add on for winter? I am so sad I can’t continue my annual :(
I wouldn’t think it will offer you that deal if you already paid for the winter box. My renewal is this month, so if I clicked cancel on the last time they know I won’t be subscribed anymore.
I understand you I’m in🇨🇦 too ..#3 should be the seasonal they are always sold out some stuff and on top of that shipping fee… I can’t cancel mine just renewed mine in fall…I always had bad luck with the jewellery definitely no for me..
So true! There are some benefits to the seasonal, you get to see unboxings and hear community reviews before you choose which is nice, but that being said I’ve always had the annual/seasonal together so I use to get all the choices in annual and then maybe even some bonus extra choices in seasonal. So it was only positive for me because of that.

I’m surprised I don’t like this box better, I usually love winter. Maybe it will surprise me with some new things I wouldn’t normally pick.

Anyone know what happens to activve subscriptions if you cancel? Can you get them back?
If you cancel an active subscription you won’t get any offers because you’re still getting the box, it just cancels your automatic renewal.
