Hey Paul, great reading 🎉🎉 It's my work situation and it does involve my boss. I made a mistake bc of my poor memory (due to many years of stress, toxic people and etc). A coworker ordered an employee meal and I was the cashier. The other manager asked me if she paid for her Mac n cheese and I couldn't remember too well at the time if she had paid or not?? Bc I couldn't remember it in my mind I said she might NOT have paid for it. But I wasn't very sure. Then, my other coworker was really negative towards me today and I didn't know why and he wouldn't say?? Then, my memory came back and now I remember she DID pay for it. Well anyways I put 2 & 2 together and it's like I'm the one in the wrong. I apologized about it to my boss through a text and said I'm sorry for what I said and I know she was completely innocent. I was concerned naturally and I do care about her and I think very highly of her. I'm the type of person when I know there's "A PROBLEM" somewhere I try to fix it and make it better bc I can't have a problem over my head at work and I'm willing to make it up to her in some way.
Tomorrow my boss wants to talk to me. Oh brother....
It is a corporate job at Chick-fil-A.. He's probably going to review my progress and then I'll do review later on like you said. Of course I know I'll have to do much better and I'll be told it's unexceptionable my mistake. It'll be a learning curve for me , of course. I missed work yesterday bc of my car. My boss was very upset at me bc I called off and he said even with all my receipts it's still NOT enough to excuse me from taking the day off. With all fees I paid to get my car towed and fixed,
I ran out of MONEY to stay longer at the hotel to stay for more nights. I can't sleep in my car . I thought I could but the night I got the flat tire, I decided to sleep in my car and couldn't sleep at all. So now, Tomorrow after work I'm going back to the very distracting and negative toxic environment again with my ex bf.
Take 2 steps forward and 3 steps back. My only problem is money. So, I'll be back there with him and I'll have to save, save , save more money to get out from my ex again, man.... Lol.

Yes, I have had a "mystical" experience the other day, that suddenly came to me, and it was such a freaky revelation. - for me it's not a person in my life, but an archetype I had to face. And funnily enough - or rather: of course, it was exactly the one of Jung's archetypes I've never had any interest in learning much about, because I didn't care for it and thought it was so far from what I am... but after having met it in my dream twice now and having had quite a bit of synchronicity that has tried to point me towards this particular archetype, I've finally understood which shadow is in me that I need to look at more closely, and yes, I was speechless and even blushed a little when I read it out loud,and realized it. I love the management style you describe! Love-oriented; aligned with positive perspective. Cultivating and nurturing the good. Hooray to that! That is my philosophy and I think it's also what we all need; not just in business, actually.
Ah, performance reviews. They are a terrible thing, in a legal structure we have in our nation that very much favors big business and government. I have considerable experience (over thirty working years, especially in business and IT) and in my experience, the organizations that "talk the talk" are usually the worst at actually embodying that kind of positive philosophy*. Ironically, public libraries are the worst! They talk about diversity and equity - in fact, they don't have much else available to them as a mission statement, in today's Internet era - but if you're from a business background - you're the enemy. They will hunt you down, and kill you. You're the the natural scapegoat. This is my lived experience. It was terrible.
Corporations can be more complicated, as at least they are oriented around profits - ironically, that causes them to be more truly equitable and diverse than public libraries.
But in both cases, "performance reviews" are one of the most glaring examples of bureaucracy gone bad - of a big gap, discrepancy between what the purpose is on paper, and what actually happens in reality! They should be artifacts - relics from a bygone era, when information transmittal was slow, and relationships were built over time. Nowadays, "performance reviews" are just tools in asymmetrical relationships, containing little real value as far as accurate and authentic reflection of merit - instead, a political tool. A knife to twist in your back. They should be done away with completely. And, the laws (especially regarding Unemployment insurance) need to be made more equitable. They favor big business, and government, far too highly. It is a cancer, both perverting intent, and leaving an expensive wake of destruction. What ever happened to love, nurture and cultivate?
(*Public defenders (indigent legal defense) are a notable exception! Those people are overworked, under-resourced, under-appreciated, and they need more support and love. Not just criminal defense, either; for instance, legal assistance needs to be available for workers in Unemployment claims, who are struggling to survive while fighting against expensive specialized labor attorneys, in a system that is already dominated by corporations and government. Here again in my experience, public libraries are the worst - at the forefront of hypocrisy and subterfuge! The more they say "equality" - the further away they are from that ideal truth.)

Please offer any prayer energy to help me clear the miasma of poverty that still haunts me even as daily devotions and meditations on the sparks of intimate fire that have arisen in me since bringing Liber Al back into my daily routines. My natural energy adapts to the tone of the people with whom I relate, but the crap my parents put into me has darkened my light all my life. With my grandmother and her sisters and my Mom's sister and their men like my grandfather I was always a happy little Capricorn with Saturn retro on the south node such that I felt like an adult inside since I started talking and walking age 1 and a month or two. Childhood post traumatic stress is my prima materia supreme, let's just sum it up to an owl born into a family of small dogs and fish. Some call it a black sheep, but I aint no sheep. I guess scapegoat fits the bill, but I've always felt more like a bird. The emotions my parents put into me have been the crap that always drives my life into the dirt. Just as I got the will to start working again, after taking a deep dive into the psy op of the marxist hippie pit where we shun wealth and hold a snobbish poverty that alienated me from the best of my true will the 2020 thing happened and closed the door on all my possible work. I was one hit hardest from that crap from being a centrist independent for one thing, in a hopelessly communist state and county, the west coast might as well fall into the Pacific at the next big quake and may I find passage to a place where I can thrive and not be shoved under the bus for not being willing to dim my light to take work that doesn't even pay well enough to rent a house. I hear the call for love and take it in, but this situation requires some Tower power and the direful judgements to break the curse as it's rooted in the very things Ra Hoor Khuit arrives to destroy utterly. Nu loves his force and fire when it's the right tool for the ordeal at hand.
