Thank you for adding that you are a physical therapist and how to use the mop. I have severe back problems, so I'm going to try what you said about putting the handle to my. nose.. I usually just mop on my hands and knees because it doesn't hurt my back this way.

Thank you Sonya, I am so glad I clicked on this video to learn how to use my mop with the various heads I have and the wand I did not know I could use the mop handle to use this. I have used the wand for brushing off snow in the winter from the top and around my car, I have two wands and keep one in my trunk, to used last winter. I will watch more to learn how to use more of the products I have. Thank you!

Your kitchen has that trademark Norwex shine on it!! I was just gifted this mop by a consultant friend! The dry mop works better than any broom/dust pan I've ever used. I could not get over how well it cleans near baseboards and under the cabinets. I got the mini and actually prefer it!

Good presentation, explained things very well. Suggestion - invest in a little microphone you attach somewhere on your shirt/top. Sound quality suffered due to echoing, missed about 15-20% of what you said.

Audio is echoing, hard to catch the words. Close up view would be very helpful. I agree the mop system is too pricy for me, though I see the advantages with the different micro fibers and no chemicals. I sure can’t find this quality system at our local stores. We are retired and our income is fixed. Hello

Hi Sonya, Love your videos. I need your advice. I have black granite high gloss tile floors in my foyer and kitchen. Very difficult to keep clean and shiny without streaks. Would you recommend the tile mop pad for cleaning these or just the regular wet mop pad? Thank you!!

Louise, I love the mop on our wood floors. The keys to not having streaks seems to be:
1) Remove any film/ residue that's been left from previous cleaners. This can take a bit of time. It went on in layers and tends to come off in layers.
2) Don't get your wet mop pad too wet!
3) Mop with the grain of the wood.
I think you'll absolutely love the Norwex mop!!! :)

One more thing- remember to get the Rubber Brush, as well... it's very important for cleaning the mop pads off between uses and before throwing them into the wash. :)

I have a hard time with the mop system being 80 dollars. I would really like to see the mop demo from a house that is really dirty.

I have yet to find a mop that works as advertised. I have tried Swifter wet jed, Joy Mangano's mop, the Spin mop, and the old standby' rag mop. I have linoleum and laminate floors. HATE STREAKS! Will this mop work on them?????
Hi Kathy!!! You sound like me before I found the Norwex mop!! I kept buying various mops, being disappointed, and sending them out to the garage. All I can tell you is that I love the Norwex mop! We have a lot of wood floors and tile and it has been amazing! I encourage you to give it a try... and be sure to get the Rubber Brush, too, as you'll want that to clean off the mop pads before you put them in the washer! If you're new to Norwex, be sure to check out the Just Add Water package... it's my fave!!

Your videos are great. I just have a tiny complaint about the background noise the camera is picking up. This is the second video of yours that has the same sound. Sort of like jewelry hitting the microphone or something. It's rather distracting and annoying.
Thanks for your feedback, April! Yes, in my early videos (like this one), I wasn't using a mic and the camera was picking up background noise from our fridge! My apologies! Some of my more recent videos, we implemented a mic! :) Hope there were some helpful parts despite the background noise! Blessings!

I haven't personally used a Bona mop, but based on what many customers have told me, many people feel like the Norwex mop, with just water, cleans better and leaves no residue behind. :)

I like the product but not this video because you clean the floor with the mop, then you use the enviro cloth to pick up the dust off the floor, shake it into the bin and then put the cloth you just used on the floor on your kitchen bench. Did the same for the brush as well ewwwwwww!!! That kinda put me off.

Normally I don't use the brush and set it in my kitchen; I bring it back to my cleaning supply area, but was trying to keep the video concise.
